DRUNKARD’S NOODLE         

This spicy rice noodle dish is meant to wake you up but even milder versions are delicious.

 

LAN NA- LAD NA

Served all over Thailand, it can be considered a national Thai dish.  This is one of the juiciest dishes. 

Made with broccoli and brown gravy. Choose between thick rice noodle (Lad Na), or crispy egg

 

PAD SEE EUW

This brown rice noodle is also served around Thailand.  It is sautéed in sweet soy sauce with broccoli, eggs, with your choice of meat.
